Benjamin Franklin said insanity is “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” This is increasingly true for some of the more traditional forms of online marketing. It’s not so much what people are doing, but more a case of how they are being done.

The Problem with Ajax…

In a way it has become the new “Killer App” for any online application’s implementation, anyone in the “software game” has no doubt been asked if they can make their application “Look Web 2.0.” In fact I was told recently by a customer that our application required “too many clicks to do something.”
